My warranty product has broken down. What should I do?

You can contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail. A technical expert will help you to carry out operations or make an initial diagnosis of your product.

In the event of a fault, you can request a return before sending your product back to us:

  • Your product is manufactured by Mister EV and eligible for the repair service: a technician will carry out a full diagnosis as soon as he receives the product and will repair or exchange it, depending on your situation.
  • Your product is not manufactured by Mister EV: you return the product to us and we offer you a solution depending on your situation.

My product is no longer under warranty. What can I do?

We only offer a repair service for Mister EV electronic products that are no longer under warranty. The repair of your recharging equipment is carried out on the basis of an estimate.

Once the product has been received in the workshop and a diagnosis has been made, a repair estimate will be sent to you by email.

What should I do if my product is damaged or if I have not received the product I ordered?
